American Exchanger Services, Inc. is a National Board Certified ASME Code Shop holding the “U” Stamp for fabrication, the “R” Stamp for repairs, and “PP” Stamp for Power Piping. In addition, our heat exchangers are designed to TEMA, HEI, or API 660/661 standards.

With key equipment including CNC and deep hole drills, a horizontal boring machine, as well as BTA and gundrills (see equipment list here), AM-EX provides customers with custom drilling and machining. In addition, AM-EX skilled welders perform ASME Code welding on all units. AM-EX supplies explosive and roller expansion of tubejoints as well as explosive and arc welded tubejoints. Additional fabrication capabilities include U-Tube bending and High Energy Rate Fabrication (HERF).

Heavy industrial fabrication capabilities, specialty techniques, and rigorous Quality Assurance allow AM-EX to get project completed to specification and delivered to customers on time.
