Process

Process plants operate by modifying input materials to achieve a predetermined output material. For example, a process plant may convert crude oil into plastic. We design, fabricate, and service the following equipment:

• Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers
AM-EX shell and tube heat exchangers are used in all industries including power generation, process, pulp & paper, and renewable energy. AM-EX has designed and fabricated a large variety of these heat exchangers. These units are simpler than feedwater heaters with no zones or internal shrouding. There is at least one tubesheet, and are covered by TEMA and API 660 standards.

• Air Fin
These extended surface heaters/coolers cool and condense process fluids. These are fabricated complete with fans, motors, drives, and structural mounting.

• Process Condensers
Process condensers are used where some or all of process fluid is condensed. Used either on the shell side or tube side, these condensers can be quite large in size.
